Due to the nature of the breed, these dogs can be born with what is called a cleft palette. We do our best to tube feed these babies for a chance at life. Unfortunately sometimes these sweet babies don't make it. Other times  because they are brachycephalic they can easily get pneumonia from aspirating on milk. Then there are congenital abnormalities that occur. Regardless of circumstance, we love these babies whole heartedly, we want to honor them on our website. They may have lived short lives but they will forever hold a large place in our heart.
